No cargo insurance is required for the consent towing permit.&lt;/p&gt;</content>

		<content type="html">As you are probably aware, non consent tows initiated by a police officer requires the new Incident Management Towing Permit.&amp;nbsp; These permits require the following:&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;$500,000 Auto Liability Coverage&lt;BR&gt;$50,000 On hook (in tow coverage)&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;Note:&amp;nbsp; with an Incident Management Permit, you may also do private property and consent tows with this permit.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;</content>
