As you are probably aware, non consent tows initiated by a police officer requires the new Incident Management Towing Permit.  These permits require the following:

$500,000 Auto Liability Coverage
$50,000 On hook (in tow coverage)


Note:  with an Incident Management Permit, you may also do private property and consent tows with this permit.
